Motor tak segerak tiga fasa siri YKK (H355-630) bersaiz sederhana tinggi mempunyai enam ketinggian tengah dari H355 hingga H630.
Siri motor ini menggunakan teknologi analisis lanjutan dalam pembangunan, dan menggunakan bahan berkualiti tinggi dan teknologi pemprosesan saintifik dalam pembuatan, menjadikan siri motor mempunyai kelebihan kecekapan tinggi, bunyi rendah, getaran rendah, kebolehpercayaan yang tinggi dan pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan yang mudah.
Siri motor ini mematuhi sepenuhnya GB755 "Penilaian dan Prestasi Motor Berputar", GB10069 "Kaedah Penentuan dan Had Bunyi Motor Berputar", GB100693 "Kaedah Penentuan dan Had Bunyi Motor Berputar Bahagian 3: Had Bunyi", GB10068 " Pengukuran, Penilaian dan Had Getaran Mekanikal Motor dengan Ketinggian Pusat Aci 56mm dan Ke Atas" dan piawaian IEC yang berkaitan.

◆Penerangan model (mengambil YKK500-4 sebagai contoh)
Motor tak segerak tiga fasa sangkar Y-tupai; KK-penyejuk udara-ke-udara; 500-mewakili ketinggian pusat motor 500mm; 4-mewakili 4 peringkat.


◆Ciri struktur
(1) Siri motor ini menggunakan penampilan jenis kotak, dan pangkalannya dikimpal daripada plat keluli, yang menjadikan motor mempunyai ciri-ciri ketegaran yang baik dan ringan. Reka bentuk struktur motor yang dioptimumkan juga menjadikan siri motor mudah dipasang dan diselenggara.
(2) Motor siri YKK dilengkapi dengan penyejuk udara-ke-udara di bahagian atas motor.
(3) Penebuk pemegun dan pemutar diperbuat daripada kepingan keluli silikon gelek sejuk tidak berorientasikan kerugian rendah. Stator menggunakan struktur tekanan luaran, belitan stator menggunakan bahan penebat kelas F, dan hujung gegelung diikat dan diikat dengan pasti. Selepas pendawaian akhir gegelung selesai, ia perlu menjalani ujian voltan nadi antara pusingan dan mengguna pakai proses cat bebas pelarut (VPI) impregnasi tekanan vakum maju antarabangsa.

◆ Memulakan prestasi
Siri motor ini boleh digunakan untuk memandu pelbagai jentera am. Jika mesin yang digerakkan ialah pam air atau kipas yang dimulakan dengan beban ringan, dan syarat berikut dipenuhi
(a) Voltan terminal motor semasa proses permulaan adalah tidak kurang daripada 80% daripada voltan terkadar;
(b) Daya kilas rintangan kipas pada kelajuan terkadar motor tidak melebihi 23% daripada tork terkadar motor;
Jika beban melebihi keperluan di atas, atau motor digunakan untuk memacu peralatan mekanikal lain, seperti kilang arang batu, penghantar tali pinggang, kilang rolling, win dan peralatan permulaan beban berat lain, pengguna dikehendaki menyediakan keperluan teknikal terperinci, termasuk voltan terminal semasa proses permulaan motor, lengkung tork rintangan beban dan momen beban inersia (ditukar kepada kelajuan motor), dsb., untuk menganalisis dan menentukan sama ada reka bentuk khas diperlukan untuk memenuhi keperluan beban.

Gambaran Keseluruhan Produk
Motor tak segerak tiga fasa besar voltan tinggi siri YKK (H710-1000) mempunyai empat ketinggian tengah dari H710 hingga H1000. Voltan ialah 6V dan 10KV.
Siri motor ini dibangunkan dengan teknologi analisis lanjutan. Bahan berkualiti tinggi dan teknologi pemprosesan saintifik digunakan dalam pembuatan, menjadikan siri motor mempunyai kelebihan kecekapan tinggi, bunyi rendah, getaran rendah, kebolehpercayaan dan pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan yang mudah.
Siri motor ini mematuhi sepenuhnya GB75 antarabangsa "Penilaian dan Prestasi Motor Berputar", GB10009 "Kaedah Penentuan dan Had Bunyi Motor Berputar", GB10093 "Kaedah Penentuan dan Had Bunyi Motor Berputar Bahagian 3: Had Bunyi", GB10008 " Pengukuran, Penilaian dan Had Getaran Mekanikal Motor dengan Ketinggian Pusat Aci 50mm dan Di atas" dan piawaian EC yang berkaitan.
Arahan pesanan
Apabila membuat pesanan. sila nyatakan jenis motor, nombor tiang, voltan undian kuasa yang diberi nilai, kekerapan yang diberi nilai, gred perlindungan, kaedah penyejukan, jenis pelekap, jenis kotak terminal, ketinggian dan suhu persekitaran; jika anda mempunyai keperluan teknikal lain selain piawaian kebangsaan pada motor syarikat kami akan mereka bentuk khusus untuk anda, dan dimasukkan ke dalam pengeluaran selepas menandatangani perjanjian teknikal.

◆Penerangan model (mengambil YKK710-4 sebagai contoh)
Motor tak segerak tiga fasa sangkar Y-tupai; Penyejuk udara-ke-udara KK; 710-mewakili ketinggian pusat motor 710mm; 4-mewakili 4 peringkat.


◆Ciri struktur
(1) Siri motor ini menggunakan penampilan jenis kotak, dan pangkalannya dikimpal daripada plat keluli, yang menjadikan motor mempunyai ciri-ciri ketegaran yang baik dan ringan. Reka bentuk struktur motor yang dioptimumkan juga menjadikan siri motor mudah dipasang dan diselenggara.
(2) Motor siri YKK dilengkapi dengan penyejuk udara-ke-udara di bahagian atas motor.
(3) Penebuk pemegun dan pemutar ditebuk daripada kepingan keluli silikon gelek sejuk tidak berorientasikan kehilangan rendah. Stator menggunakan struktur tekanan luaran, belitan stator menggunakan bahan penebat kelas F, dan hujung gegelung diikat dan diikat dengan pasti. Selepas pendawaian akhir gegelung selesai, ia perlu menjalani ujian voltan nadi antara pusingan dan mengguna pakai proses cat bebas pelarut (VP1) impregnasi tekanan vakum maju di peringkat antarabangsa.

◆ Memulakan prestasi
Siri motor ini boleh digunakan untuk memandu pelbagai jentera am. Jika mesin yang digerakkan ialah pam air atau kipas yang dimulakan dengan beban ringan, dan syarat berikut dipenuhi:
(a) Voltan terminal motor semasa proses permulaan adalah tidak kurang daripada 80% daripada voltan terkadar;
(b) Daya kilas rintangan kipas pada kelajuan terkadar motor tidak melebihi 23% daripada tork terkadar motor;
Jika beban melebihi keperluan di atas, atau motor digunakan untuk memacu peralatan mekanikal lain, seperti kilang arang batu, penghantar tali pinggang, kilang rolling, win dan peralatan permulaan beban berat lain, pengguna dikehendaki menyediakan keperluan teknikal terperinci, termasuk voltan terminal semasa proses permulaan motor, lengkung tork rintangan beban dan momen beban inersia (ditukar kepada kelajuan motor), dsb., untuk menganalisis dan menentukan sama ada reka bentuk khas diperlukan untuk memenuhi keperluan beban.
