Siri YE5 (saiz bingkai H355-450) voltan rendah kuasa tinggi motor tak segerak tiga fasa kecekapan tinggi ialah penggerak utama industri berketumpatan tinggi kecekapan tinggi dan kuasa tinggi yang dikeluarkan oleh syarikat kami menggunakan perisian pengiraan dan analisis elektromagnet terkini, digabungkan dengan termaju reka bentuk motor dan teknologi pembuatan di dalam dan luar negara, dan proses baharu dan bahan baharu. Siri motor ini mempunyai ciri-ciri struktur padat, kecekapan tinggi, saiz kecil, ringan, getaran rendah dan kebolehpercayaan yang tinggi. Ia boleh digunakan secara meluas dalam petroleum, kimia, perlombongan arang batu, metalurgi, farmaseutikal, bahan binaan, makanan, pemprosesan mekanikal dan industri lain untuk memacu pelbagai jentera am seperti blower, pemampat, pam air, kilang bola, penghancur, pengadun dalaman, tali pinggang. penghantar, penghantar, pelbagai peralatan pemprosesan mekanikal, dsb.

Kaedah pemasangan siri motor ini boleh dijadikan kaedah IMB3, IMB35, IMV1, IMV5 dan lain-lain.
Voltan terkadar bagi siri motor ini boleh dijadikan 380V, 660V, 1140V. Frekuensi undian boleh dijadikan 50Hz dan 60Hz, dan frekuensi juga boleh dijadikan 5-60Hz.
Tahap perlindungan siri motor ini ialah IP55, dan ia juga boleh dijadikan IP56, IP65, IP66. Mengikut tempat penggunaan, ia boleh dijadikan luar (W), zon tropika campuran (TH), zon tropika lembap luar (WTH), jenis anti-karat (F1, F2), jenis anti-karat luar (WF1, WF2), dsb.


Ciri-ciri struktur(1)
Siri motor ini menggunakan asas besi tuang berkekuatan tinggi, struktur tulang rusuk pelesapan haba menegak dan mendatar, proses pengacuan pasir resin, motor mempunyai penampilan yang cantik dan kekuatan mekanikal yang tinggi. Motor menggunakan kepingan keluli silikon kehilangan rendah berkualiti tinggi untuk membuat teras stator dan rotor, dan menggunakan wayar elektromagnet penebat tinggi. Selepas varnis tekanan vakum (VPI), stator penggulungan mempunyai sifat elektrik dan penebat yang baik.
Struktur pengudaraan dan pelesapan haba siri motor ini dibahagikan kepada laluan angin dalaman dan luaran. Laluan angin dalaman mengedarkan haba dalaman motor melalui kipas dalaman dan bilah pemutar ke saluran pelesapan haba dan tulang rusuk pelesapan haba pada asas motor, dan kemudian haba pada cangkerang asas dilesapkan melalui kipas luaran pada angin luaran laluan, mengawal kenaikan suhu motor dengan berkesan dan meningkatkan kebolehpercayaan operasi motor.
Ciri-ciri struktur(2)
Pemutar siri motor ini menggunakan struktur aluminium tuang atau bar kuprum, dan ketepatan imbangan dinamik pemutar dinilai mengikut tahap G1.0. Motor mempunyai nilai getaran yang kecil dan berjalan dengan lancar. Struktur kipas luaran siri motor ini menggunakan kipas aliran paksi dan kipas emparan condong ke belakang, yang memastikan pelesapan haba yang berkesan bagi motor dan mengurangkan bunyi pengudaraan motor.
Pemprosesan dan pembuatan bahagian siri motor ini menggunakan kaedah proses lanjutan dan peralatan pemprosesan berketepatan tinggi untuk mencapai ketepatan pemprosesan terbaik bahagian motor dan memastikan kelegaan setiap bahagian mencapai keadaan ideal apabila motor dipasang. Siri motor ini secara amnya boleh memasang peranti pengukur suhu pada belitan dan galas stator, atau pada hujung belitan stator motor.
Jika perlu, pasang tali pinggang pemanasan anti-kondensasi, yang mesti ditunjukkan semasa membuat pesanan.
Untuk keperluan khas lain, sila tandatangani perjanjian teknikal.
